1991-1992 Post-graduate researcher at the Charles University and Central European University;
1993-1996 Program Coordinator at the UN/UNDP Office in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
1998-1999 Assistant to the UN Coordinator/UNDP Resident  Representative in Mongolia;
1999-2002 Program Coordinator, UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and the CIS in Central Asia, New York;
2003-2010 Vice Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2005-2015 Special Representative, Chief Negotiator for the WTO Accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2010-2011 Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2011-2016 Minister for Economic Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Since May 11, 2016 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Swiss Confederation, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations Office, WTO and other International Organizations in Geneva.
